As we bid farewell to a historic World Cup and are still savouring the highs of everything Brazilian , minus the Brazilian team’s humiliating defeat , our wardrobe over the past few weeks has been influenced by the colours of Brazil but without the carnival and folklore.
We’ve teamed shades of deep blue with a fresh twist of lime green and yellow.
Our jewellery was fluorescent and inspired by Brazilian friendship bracelets : Aloha bracelet by Vanessa Arizaga, tennis shoe lace bracelet available at Sauce Boutique Dubai, a wrap around turquoise and silver bracelet that comes in a very cool turquoise case by Marlu) and the all essential Fiji bracelet by Monica Vinader.
We wore floral blue shorts by JCrew and a line green top by Tibi with the all essential turquoise mirrored Ray Bans and white Sergio Rossi sandals and a white satchel by Coccinelle. This look Was also reminiscent of my baby boy’s speedo Swim ring.
For a city lunch, we wore Jodhpurs in a deep shade of blue with a flowy silk top by Zara, elasticised ballerinas and neon necklace by J Crew and our crush of the moment a yellow PS1 purse bag that keeps your minimum essentials in perfect order. We will be wearing our PS1 as a clutch, cross body or even a giant wallet for travelling.
