This year’s bights and neon trends have brought with them a wind of change in the way we dress for a summer day in the city, beachside evening cocktails or even work. With all these eye-popping colours of yellow, turquoise and hot pink around, it is almost impossible for any colour-lover to stick to a neutral classical palette. With the Olympics having just started, and a deep tan that we need to show off, it is important to put back the spring into summer dressing.
The overall looks we created are sports-inspired and more specifically by California and Hawaii surfers: think shorts, floral and psychedelic tank tops teamed with brightly coloured shoes and neon accessories.
We’ve even worked the Surfer Chic look for the office by toning it down with white-hot jeans and a navy blazer. This August, make sure you show off your bright adventurous side.
