On a hot 42 degree celcius day, we dug deep into our closet for an easy-breezy cotton outfit that just screamed an Ibiza or St Tropez holiday feel. We were longing for something white and not too short as we were spending the morning at the mall: out came an old cotton skirt from 2004 which we had bought in Paris at Tara Jarmon and a one-shoulder broderie anglaise tiered-top by Rebecca Minkoff from Shopbop.
The look was accessorised with a great boho bucket fringe bag which we found at Stradivarius and a pair of tan gladiator sandals. Jewelry was kept simple and bohemian with a wrap bracelet by Chan Lu and silver jewelry bought from a market in Istanbul.
We found some even better alternatives online by Zimmermann, Pamela Love and Isabel Marant which echo the same carefree holiday feel. We’ve also got tall wrap-around gladiator sandals on our shopping list before we head to our island getway this summer. Can you smell the sea and the Huile de Monoi now?
